RBC-Ukraine is a Ukrainian news agency based in Kyiv, founded in 2006 as part of the Russian RBK Group, RosBusinessConsulting, before becoming independent from its Russian parent in 2010 and positioning itself as fully autonomous from Russian operations from April 2014. Ukrainian media businessman Yosyp Pintus acquired the outlet in 2015 and serves as its chief executive, with Rostyslav Shapravskyi as editor in chief since 2022. It covers financial, economic and political news through several divisions including News, Daily, Styler and Lite, along with dedicated travel and real estate projects.
