DirecTV

DirecTV, LLC is an American video programming distributor based in El Segundo, California, founded on June 17, 1994. It distributes multichannel satellite television and over the top media services to consumers and businesses across the United States and Puerto Rico, with satellite operations centered in Englewood, Colorado, and also serves commercial establishments through its DirecTV for Business division. AT&T owned the company for years before fully divesting it, and as of July 2, 2025, DirecTV is owned by TPG Inc.
