Cellnex Telecom, S.A. is a Spanish telecommunications infrastructure company established in 2015 as a spin-off from Abertis telecommunications division, with legal headquarters in Madrid and operational headquarters in Barcelona. It manages over 110,000 telecommunications sites across ten European countries, providing shared infrastructure to mobile network operators through telecommunications towers, distributed antenna systems, broadcast networks and fiber connectivity. The company went public on the Madrid Stock Exchange in May 2015, joined the IBEX 35 index in 2016, and reported revenues of 3,995 million euros in 2025.
